John Kim completed the programs for RMT at VCC in 2023. During the program, he gained experiences with different populations from outreaches such as Seton Villa and SFU and patients from VCC Student Clinic. These experiences have allowed him to care for, treat, and assist people of all different ages, backgrounds, and needs.

His preferred treatment modalities are Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, lymphatic drainage massage, joint mobilizations and neuromuscular technique. He constantly learns and grows; his treatments are as individual as his patients.

He is very passionate in terms of maintaining quality health. He aims to help patients with a
proper assessment and treatment plan followed by home care to keep a better healthy body away from the clinic.

John enjoys being outside in his spare time, exploring BC’s beautiful parks, camping, and
hiking trails with his two children and wife. He loves to travel with family and friends and always finds joy in new experiences and challenges.

Raissa Ancheta

Raissa completed her Massage Therapy degree at Vancouver Career College to become an RMT. Her passion with massage stems out from her desire to help people overcome any discomfort and live a happy healthy life.

She is fluent in both English and Tagalog and would eventually like to learn Spanish in the future.

During her free time, she loves to go on long drives and explore trails around BC, shopping and spending time with her daughter, Savannah and cats: Midnight, Tala, and Luna.
